Glen Gross is a member of the Patent Bar with experience in all aspects of intellectual property law.
Mr. Gross' patent experience
includes both patent acquisition and enforcement in the mechanical,
electro-mechanical, business methods and software related arts. His
experience also includes acquisition and enforcement of trademarks.
Mr. Gross enjoys counseling
clients on intellectual property portfolios and strategies, both
domestic and foreign, while maintaining a focus on the business
concerns of the client. His practice also includes advising and
providing opinions to clients on intellectual property issues regarding
the ability to register trademarks and obtain patents, as well as
licensing, infringement, invalidity, design-around and right-to-use
issues.
Mr. Gross has experience in
litigation involving patent, trademark and copyright issues. Mr. Gross
also has extensive experience in handling trademark inter and ex parte
disputes before the Trademark Trial and Appeal Board. (See e.g.: In re
Trim-A-Lawn Corp. (unpublished opinion) serial no. 75/101,885, 1998 WL
887267 (1998)).
